Procedure for CRM System

1. Go to www.yourlocalcity.us

2. Click on the CRM Program link in the middle of the page.

3. Login with your username and password

4. Look at the top right hand side of your screen and look for the search bar.

5. Search for the lead that you are about to enter.

Choose:

Found the person or company[existing lead]

Didn't find the person or company[new lead]
