Your Local City Inc updates these Terms and Conditions
of Service (TACOS) from time to time. TACOS will refer
to our Terms and Conditions of Service from this point
on. You many come to this page to view the most current
Terms and Conditions released to the public.
Your Local City Inc Services:
Your Local City Inc provides a wealth of services
to its community users and community business groups.
We have a variety of avenues to promote your business.
We promote your business via trade shows, during networking
meetings, via our website.
Client’s Obligation:
As a Client of Your Local City Inc, you agree to provide
accurate, true information about yourself and to be
of legal age to enter an agreement for services (18
years or older) and not be barred from receiving service
under the laws of the United States or other Jurisdiction.
You will in no way provide untrue, inaccurate information
in the hopes of defrauding Your Local City Inc or
any other business or person. Your Local City Inc
retains the right to suspend, terminate and/or decline
services based on reasonable grounds of inaccurate,
wrong or untrue information of the client, or any
other reason, express or implied, as Your Local City
Inc deems necessary.
Your Local City Inc is very concern for the public,
community, children and businesses and will contact
local, state or federal officials in the even that
an attempt is made to deceive Your Local City Inc,
the public, community or businesses. Client’s Conduct:
As a Your Local City Inc client, you acknowledge that
any information that you upload to our service is
solely your property and you have the right to upload
that information. Your Local City Inc is not responsible
for the content, information, data, graphics, messages,
video, or messages publicly or privately posted or
emailed.
You further understand that any loss, errors and/or
omissions of content are not our responsibility. Your
Local City Inc uses reliable servers to have the site
available, but does not control the connection, internet
or third party companies that provide several services
to have the internet or our service available.
Your Local City Inc will make every reasonable effort
to provide continuous service. You understand that
there is always the possibility that some content
posted by others on Your Local City Inc may be offensive,
objectionable or indecent. Your Local City Inc will
in no way be held responsible for the content on our
services. We will make reasonable efforts to have
our clients adhere to our TACOS policies and our “Client’s
Conduct policy”. If and when those circumstances of
offensive, objectionable, or indecent information
are made known to Your Local City Inc, then appropriate
discovery processes will occur and the result of suspension
or termination of services with occur if found in
violation of our “privacy policy or TACOS”.
What you can’t do with our services includes
but is not limited to:
• Cheat, lie, misrepresent, misconstrue, violate
the rights of, attempt to defraud, threaten, harass,
torture, torment, imply or express racism, be vulgar,
be hateful, annoy, or invade privacy, data, pictures,
emails, content, people, minors, community, or businesses
as expressed above but not limited to the list above.
• Upload, email, or use copyrighted, patented, or
trademarked material that is owned by someone other
than you or that you do not have written permission
to use.
• Send, transmit, upload, or make available via our
services the following: spam email, viruses, or any
other computer code, files or information with or
without intent to damage or disrupt internet or computer
services and/or harm individuals, computers, businesses,
reputations, organizations, or the community at large.
• Violate any and all laws, intentionally or unintentionally,
of the United States or country, province, and/or
location or locations on a local, state, national,
or international location when you access and/or use
our services and/or upload or store content, graphics,
or any electronic media within our services. You are
completely responsible for the content that you provide
and must not break any local, state, national, or
international laws. You agree to indemnify Your Local
City Inc from above-mentioned, including but not limited
to the TACOS and Privacy Policies. Your Local City
Inc will completely cooperate with local, state, and
federal authorities when the need is identified by
Your Local City Inc or any applicable authorities.
• Not harm, harass, persecute, annoy, provide data
about, or impersonate any person in the public, community,
business, or any group or person with or without malicious
intent.
• Provide support of any person or organization that
breaks or attempts to break any local, state, national,
or international law or laws or any organization that
the United States government has identified as foreign
terrorist organizations pursuant to section 219 of
the Immigration and Nationality Act.
Privacy Rights from Your Local City Inc:
Your Local City Inc (the business, including the website,
www.yourlocalcity.com) believes that it is important
for you, as the client, to understand that Your Local
City Inc is committed to keeping your private information
private. The only information that is on our website
is that information you, the client, publish or give
permission to Your Local City Inc to publish. We update
our Privacy Policy from time to time, so if you visit
or provide us with personal information, then it is
with the understanding that you, the client, have
reviewed our privacy policy, and agree to the terms.

How Your Local City Inc Uses your Information:
Your Local City Inc is not in the practice of collecting
information for the purpose of soliciting you with
several offers or specials from third party businesses.
We do use a newsletter that we release to each member
about the communities where we do business. We also
send administration information about Your Local City
Inc, when there is a need to communicate with our
clients.
Your Local City Inc will refuse service to anyone
who is not of 18 years of age or older.
Your Local City Inc has the concern of the public,
community and local business.
To attempt to protect
children, our service are only for those 18 years
of age or older.
Our territory managers have access to your personal
information so that they are able to prepared to service
your account. The information includes name, address,
phone number(s), email address(es), and account number(s).
If made available at the time of purchase of services,
any financial information is also released to the
territory manager of Your Local City Inc.
This information will only be used for the approved
purchase of agreed services. At that time, the financial
information will be filed with the client’s account
information off line. Your Local City Inc does not
keep or archive clients’ financial information online
or on any servers. We have an internal network that
is not connected to the internet for account information.
Only during the purchase of services do we connect
to a secure on-line merchant service for the transaction
of collecting revenue from the client.
By participating in the purchase of services from
Your Local City Inc, you, the client, agree to release
information to these third party companies. Links
will be provided for these third party companies,
so that the client has the opportunity to read their
(third party) privacy statements. Your Local City
Inc will respond to court orders, legal process, or
subpoenas, to establish or exercise Your Local City
Inc’s legal rights to defend against legal claims.
Your Local City Inc will also share information, in
order to investigate or prevent fraud or suspected
fraud or any illegal activities, or events that are
deemed harmful to individuals, such as threats or
physical threats to any person, or to the appropriate
officials, whether local, state or federal. Your Local
City Inc does not have any contractual agreements
to share your personal information with any other
business, except to third party companies when the
client agrees to purchase services from Your Local
City Inc. We are not in the business to have promotional
material sent to you from other companies, nor are
we in the business of sending spam mail to any of
the users on our website or to our clients or your
clients.
Collection of your financial information:
The collection of your financial information is for
the sole purpose of allowing the client to purchase
services from Your Local City Inc. Your Local City
Inc will release personal and financial information
to banking institutions and/or credit card companies
(third party companies) as needed to verify the client’s
identity and for the completion of an electronic transaction.
By agreeing to purchase services from Your Local City
Inc, you, the client, agree to have your personal
information released to these third party companies.
You agree to abide by their (third party companies’)
rules and regulations and cannot hold Your Local City
Inc liable, as these companies have different privacy
rules and/or agreements.
Your Local City Inc strongly suggests that you always
read any and all privacy statements from other companies.
These third party companies have their own processes
and procedures in doing business. Your Local City
Inc can not be liable for any mistakes and/or omissions
of information that may occur. We will provide any
information needed from the client to these third
party companies as it has been provided to us, Your
Local City Inc, by the client. All information that
is collected by Your Local City Inc is archived in
Texas. Your Local City Inc is not responsible for
where our third party companies archive your personal
information, nor is Your Local City Inc responsible
for how your information moves through the internet
or in third party locations, for the purpose of our
clients purchasing services from Your Local City Inc.
These third party companies may or may not employ
services overseas or in other countries, provinces,
and other government jurisdictions from where you
live. Since this is possible, these groups may or
may not have privacy statements and/or laws as we
do in the United States. Your Local City Inc has conducted
due diligence in doing business with very reputable
companies in order to provide you with the best possible
