Dear Trish,
Just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much your focus board workshop has helped me. The questions you had for us before we even started totally enabled us to find out what is most important to us and helped us "focus our focus" if you will. As soon as my focus board was completed, it was placed on a wall in my office. Nothing really noticeably happened during the following week. When I realized that my focus board was on a wall that I rarely looked at, I moved it to the wall in front of my desk. Whoa! The difference was unbelievable. My activity has increased and I no longer feel stuck or in a hamster wheel.
